Application Instructions
Before applying, please have all required documents ready to upload, as there is no option to save your application progress. These documents will need to be uploaded within the application form. Required documents include:

Passport scan (full 2 pages)

COVID vaccine card or QR code

Resume/CV
-
Headshot photo

Health certificate (ie, CPR, EMT, BLS/Ped Facts, dental, pharmacy tech) - not required, but preferred

For students, proof of student status (school ID, transcript, etc.)

For health professional volunteers, copy of license
If a required document will need to be updated after the time of application, upload a blank Word document within the application form in the interim and email any updated documents to info@vnhope.org.

Update: VnHOPE Summer Medical Mission 2024 is scheduled to take place from June 23 to July 7-2024. Registration will be open on November 1, 2023. Applicants are accepted on rolling basis until the camp's capacity is reached. So early registration is recommended.

Student Volunteer Application
High school, undergraduate, graduate and professional students are encouraged to apply. Students who are one year out from an undergraduate or graduate program and who are taking a gap year, are still considered student volunteers and not adult volunteers.
Health Professional Application
Primary care physicians, pediatricians, gynecologists, optometrists, dentists and pharmacists are to register under this category since your current professional licenses need be submitted to the Local Health Department in Vietnam.
Adult Volunteer Application
Non-health professional adults who are crucial to the operation and organization of the mission. Registered nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical therapists, registered nurses, dental hygienists, clinic assistants, lab assistants and medical assistants are to register under this category because your licenses won’t need to be submitted to the Local Health Department in Vietnam.
