Step 3: Start application in the category that fit you most.

Follow the instruction on application

Upload the documents if required.

Start to send required documents requested on the application to email vnhopesummer@gmail.com WITHIN 1 WEEK from the day application submitted.

Please put Email title with this naming structure: Category_LastName_FirstName_Required Document Submission

E.g. HP_Doe_John_Required Document Submission

Step 4: Wait for the communications from our organization regarding the interview, document eligibility, acceptance offer, due date for deposit, remaining balance and flight itinerary, and any important meeting dates and so on.
Step 5: Prepare for the trips. Please follow all the instructions provided by us.

Student Volunteer Application
Who will fit this category ?
- High school, undergraduate (current or gap-year), graduate (current or just graduated) and professional students.
Adult Volunteer Application
Who will fit category?
- Non-health professional adults who are crucial to the operation and organization of the mission.
- Registered nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical therapists, registered nurses, dental hygienists, clinic assistants, lab assistants and medical assistants are to register under this category because your licenses won’t need to be submitted to the Local Health Department in Vietnam.
Health Professional Application
Who will fit category?
- Primary care physicians, pediatricians, gynecologists, optometrists, dentists and pharmacists are to register under this category since your current professional licenses need be submitted to the Local Health Department in Vietnam.
